Ogden 1/2 Marathon

Pre-marathon carb loading with the family at Olive Garden! Brittany's husband (my brother-in-law) Brad ran the full marathon!

This is Greg's sister, Jennifer, who ran her first race...the half marathon in 2hr 55min! We were so proud of her and got emotional seeing her cross the finish line.

After finishing my race. Most of my family came to support me, it was so fun! I felt so great-that I ran alot faster than I had guessed, so only my BFF Britt, Cammie, and my mom saw me cross the finish line.

Final time...not too bad!

The large pool, but too cold to swim, at 88 degrees. :) Hey, it was snowing still.

The Marriott Mountainside had a kiddy area that Glade really enjoyed. They hosted many activites for Glade. We had a very fun time in Park City at the beginning of May. It forced Greg to take some time off work, even though we were so close to home. Mom enjoyed shopping & a long run down to the outlets. Glade & Greg loved swimming everyday and sleeping in!

Glade's few months in review

Glade's favorite toy from the Shupe's: a mini Hoover vaccuum that actually works! He loves to help mom clean, vaccuum, mop, and mow the lawn! I've trained him early.

This is Glade's hospital picture, admission #1. He was such a good sport! He loved drinking the Root beer they had on tap. What a momma's boy!
